What have you been doing the last month? I have been doing an Abundance Experience with amazing thought leaders and I wanted to share this one with you because it was so amazing. I was familiar with Bob Proctor but had never heard him speak. All I can say is WOW!

Since October 1st I have been keeping a gratitude journal every day and have already seen shifts in my life and business including clarity. It seems that when I do this routine I am more clear and solutions appear. Bob repeated said throughout his presentation that gratitude was the key to getting what you want.
Bob’s daily routine is to start with ten statements of what you are grateful for and then an affirmation that you repeat three times. Listen to his twenty minute meditation, then declare your daily big bold action.
I love this mediation and get more clear each time I listen to it.
Evening wind down. Reflect on self-appreciation and write down three wins from the day. Then write down three action steps for tomorrow.
Evening affirmation I am so happy and grateful that my prosperity and wealth constantly increase.
