It’s been a tough year to say the least. My goals for 2020, like I’m sure many of yours, have done a complete 180 or have moved to 2021.

But tough is good.  Tough can create change.  And tough can teach us new things.

Being stuck at home and slowing down this year was actually a blessing for my business.

I started to focus on the good things and be grateful for them.  I started a gratitude journal and each morning I write down ten things that I am grateful for and why.  And in the evening I review what I have written and sometime I add something else to the list that may have happened that day.  Look at the good that is coming from all of this.  And not the bad.  Put that out into the universe and see what good will come back to you.  I’ve learned to focus on the good.

Believe in LOA?  Law of attraction. Focus on the good and more good happens.

Be grateful for the grass.  Be grateful for the trees.  Be grateful for your husband that made you and the kids dinner.

Just be grateful and see what starts to happen in your life.
